I can probably attend every flagup since I only play one other faction. I can be active pretty much anytime, I typically play 5+ hours a day.
I prefer small factions, and tech factions so USSS seems like a good choice for an alt. I have been playing my Big MT character practically exclusively for the last year, and I am looking to get a second character because I find myself Idle alot waiting for things to get done. Why do you want to join? How active can you be?
